What Method Should I Use To Quit Smoking?

The use of the patch or the gum is essentially a method that will allow you to wean yourself off of the nicotine.  These methods, along with the nicotine inhaler and the nicotine lozenge, will allow you to adjust to lower and lower levels of nicotine in your system without exposing you to the carcinogens that lie in cigarettes. This is a good method for people who don't want to deal with the intensity of going cold turkey.

3.Stop Smoking Shot
This shot is one that will introduce drugs into your system that allow you to avoid feeling the effects of withdrawal.  While you should always make sure that you consult with a doctor before you give any new drugs a shot, this is a method that has helped many people.  Once you have gotten the shots, you should remember that you will still need to deal with the mental craving habit as well as the habit of reaching for a cigarette itself.

4.Hypnosis
When you are considering forms of behavior modification, you will need to think about hypnosis as well.  While hypnosis cannot change your behavior, it can help you put your brain in the right place to stop smoking.  It can help you become more assertive with regards to your habit, and you will also find that this is an important thing to think about when you want a method that will leave no trace of drugs in your system.
